Anglican Relief and Development Fund Texas Response

The Anglican Relief and Development Fund (ARDF) is reaching out for support for Texas.

ARDF is working with the North American Lutheran Church to help identify needs and coordinate response efforts early in the coming week, including the delivery of flood relief supplies from ACNA churches in the area with Disaster Response Warehouses. We are pre-staging and putting a plan in place to stand ready to respond after first responders say it is safe to enter the area.

We know of affected Anglican clergy and church members, and we stand ready to assist them and their communities as we can. Please pray for those who have lost family members in this tragedy.

Almighty God, by your Word you laid the foundations of the earth, set the bounds of the sea, and still the wind and waves. Surround all affected by the flooding in Texas with your grace and peace, and preserve them through this distressing time. By your Spirit, lift up those who have fallen, comfort those who mourn, strengthen those who work to rescue or rebuild, and fill us all with the hope of your new creation; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Thank you for praying for and supporting our brothers and sisters in Texas.
